Warranty for NESCAFE Dolce Gusto machines
NESCAFE Dolce Gusto Machines bearing the KRUPS logo are guaranteed by KRUPS against mechanical and electrical defects for 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase. Warranty Extension Program is not applicable for machines bearing the KRUPS logo.
NESCAFE Dolce Gusto Machines not bearing the KRUPS logo are guaranteed by NESTLE SINGAPORE PTE LTD against mechanical and electrical defects for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase. If the machine has been successfully registered in our Warranty Extension Program, the product will enjoy a total of 24 months (2 years) of warranty from the date of purchase with the same coverage detailed below.
NESCAFÉ DOLCE GUSTO 1 YEAR MACHINE WARRANTY
This product warranty is warranted by Nestlé Singapore (Pte) Ltd (“Nestlé Singapore”) against any manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship for 1 year (12 months) starting from the initial date of purchase from Nestlé Singapore and its authorized resellers in Singapore. During this warranty period Nestlé Singapore or its appointed service provider(s) will repair the product or replace parts free of charge, if it is returned together with your receipt as proof of purchase to our authorized service center. This warranty is not applicable for non-local purchases or purchases which are not from Nestlé Singapore or its authorized resellers, and is not transferable to another machine owner.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
- The product can be taken directly in person to an authorized service center or must be adequately packaged and returned, by recorded delivery (or equivalent method of postage) to an authorized service center. Nestlé shall not be obliged to repair or replace any product which is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipment or delivery costs incurred in connection with servicing this warranty and your product.

2. The following are specifically excluded from the coverage under this warranty:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling of the product, or failure to use product in accordance with instructions.
- If the product has not been maintained correctly (descaled/cleaned as necessary) according to the instructions.
- Damage to any glass or porcelain ware in the product.
- Damage caused due to the use of the product on a voltage other than that stamped on the product.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage suffered through overloading, improper use, negligence or accident.
- Any tampering or modification made by the purchaser to the product, or any repairs other than by an authorised agent.
- Any accessories, such as filters, seals etc, whose normal life is limited. These parts are excluded from the warranty and will require periodic renewal.
- Ingress of water, dust or insects into the product.
- Accidents including fire, flood, thunderbolt, etc.
- Using the wrong type of water or consumable.
3. You consent to your personal data being disclosed, used and collected by Nestlé Singapore and its affiliates (the “Nestlé Group”) and their service providers in connection with administering and managing this warranty.
4. After your product is serviced, our service center will inform you via any of your contact details submitted. If the product is not picked up within Thirty (30) days from the notice from Nestlé Singapore or its service providers, you will be deemed to have forfeited all rights to the product. The Nestlé Group and its service providers are not responsible for any loss or damages to the serviced products and can deal with such products as they deem fit.
5. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SETS YOUR EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE REMEDY REGARDING THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY ENTITY IN THE NESTLE GROUP BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. Nothing in the product instructions or information shall be construed to create an express warranty of any kind with respect to the product. No person is authorised to modify or extend this warranty or to make any binding representations or claims on behalf of the Nestlé Group regarding the product or this warranty. If any portion of this warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such partial illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability of the remainder of the warranty. All other warranties, implied or express, are excluded to the fullest extent possible under applicable laws.
6. This warranty is governed by Singapore law and conditional upon you submitting to exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
